THE Best Banana Bread!

I had some of these so I decided to make some Banana Bread. Here's the recipe.

1 cube unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 C. sugar
1tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 C. buttermilk
1 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 ripe bananas, smashed

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

In a medium sized bowl combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda and set aside.

Smash your bananas and set them aside

In a large bowl cream sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.

Add your eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and combine well

Add in your flour mixture a little at a time and stir until just combined.

Add in your smashed bananas and mix until fully combined.

Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan that has been buttered and floured on all sides.

Bake for about 50-60 minutes, depending on your oven, rotating half way though to ensure even baking.

So yummy with a little butter and a glass of milk!
Enjoy!!!
