Carrot Cake

First order of the week done. This was ordered by my bosses mom....hope she like it.

I like how the carrots turned out.

I did a practice cake yesterday...it tastes awesome! Although she didn't want ANY nuts in or on it...I think it would taste better with them, but what are ya gunna do?
